Good Morning,
They day began with prayer and a hot Cup of Door County Highlander Grog Coffee. I have a lot to do today so, it's best to get going.
Isaiah 28:20 The bed you have made is far to short to lie on; the blankets are too narrow to cover you.
It is a Monday and as I look back on the hews of the weekend, all that was shared throughout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday was bleak to say the least. Rumors of war, food shortages, omicron, labor shortages, people dying from weather issues and volcano eruptions. An eight year old was shot and killed in the large city near us. Missiles are being launched with sabre rattling.
As I was studying and I was assessing the world situation Isaiah 28:20 spoke loud and clear. God will correct this world, how and when I don't know. But as I used to hide under the blankets when I was a child and the wind was making scary noises, our beliefs that God won't come down hard on this world is like hiding under a blanket that is too small for our bed. We have lowered God to our standards and just keep living like He doesn't exist.
What can you do? Be a person of prayer. Be willing to make sure your part of this world and the areas you have control over are in order. Pray for this world. We can't hide under a blanket from God. How do I know this. He just told us. Read Isaiah 28.

How can we think we can hide from a God Who knows all things, Omniscient, and is Omnipresent, is everywhere?
