Good Morning,
My door County Vanilla Almond Kringle Coffee is very hot and has found it's way from the kitchen to the den and it is time to write.
1 Corinthians 13:4 ESV Love is patient and kind, love does not envy or boast, it is not arrogant.
I am keeping it very simple and short today. When you look into a mirror, it is impossible to see through it. The image is filled with yourself. The only other things you can see are things that are behind you and then it is just a partial view. You could say that the image is centered on you and even if you add others, more than likely the view is still centered in on you. Looking at life through the mirror and having it focus on you is most often a self centered and very selfish view. When we walk through life centered in on ourselves we miss opportunities to participate in the good times of others. We have an air about us that becomes disenchanted in rejoicing with and for others. Worse yet, when we walk the life of a mirror we all too often miss or ruin the chance of consoling others in their time of need.
A life with a little less mirror time is a life worth living. A life that reflects an image of God is a life that is living.
Have a great day!
