Cheerios and a banana washed down with a cup of Door County Highlander Grog Coffee, Bible time and some prayer has set this day in motion for me.
Have you ever witnessed a falling star coming down from the heavens? I had that distinct pleasure a few times so far in my life span. Just to fathom that God knows where He hung each star and when He wants it to fall is mind boggling. If you have witnessed a falling star, God also knew that you saw it. He put it in motion for those He wanted to witness it.
This may not come as a surprise to you, but God is speaking to you right now. Maybe not in the same way He did when He spoke creation into existence. Or when He instructed his disciples on the hillside. But let me assure you, His voice still goes forth.
All you have to do is look up, look down, and look in. Look up. God is speaking to you through the inspiration in His creation. Look down. Read and meditate upon the words of instruction He has given through His word. Look in. Allow your heart, your soul, and your mind to be illumined by His Spirit.
Jeremiah 31:35
35 Thus says the Lord,
Who gives the sun for a light by day,
The ordinances of the moon and the stars for a light by night,
Who disturbs the sea,
And its waves roar
Have a great day. Seek God and you will find Him.
