For me Coffee is at it's best when it is served steaming hot with the steam rising up out of the cup and the aroma fills the room. That's just how my Door County Jingle Bell Java Coffee is behaving this morning.

Last night at our Saturday night church service the children from church performed their rendition of the birth of Jesus. I have attended many of these over the years and as always my wife Rene and I enjoyed the program. Small kids performing can always be entertaining and filled with some surprises. All the kids were dressed up and looking spiffy! Friends and family came to watch the little production as well as the usual church attenders.
The children gave it there best and we came away having enjoyed a nice evening. Our Youth Pastor delivered a message of why Jesus came to Earth from heaven and the plan of eternal salvation by calling on the name of the Lord. It was a very clear and concise message.
Maybe we need to have more children's recitals or programs in our churches. It seems as if these are still reaching the parents, friends and other family members. The children showed to a big group last night their faith and love for Jesus.
Just saying. I think children capture the "Essence of Christmas"
