Heaven Is In Your Eyes 1/19/2016

Good Morning,

I missed writing for a couple days due to a family emergency in Michigan. Like many things that happen, another couple adjustments will need to be made by the family. God was good to carry us through this one, and He will be there to help us navigate and survive the newest one. So my day has begun with the smell of Door County Cherry Crème Coffee coming from the kitchen. That alone is a treat on any morning.

Have you ever listened to a person, who when they speak about God, Jesus, the Holy Spirit, or heaven, their eyes open wide and they seem to sparkle? They can't control their enthusiasm and it just spills out all over.

That's because they really understand this,

1. They are loved immensely and Jesus proved it by dying on the cross for their sins.
2. They have no fears despite what is seen. God is always with them.
3. They are not selfish and want to share the Good News Of God's love through Jesus.
4. They are excited because they are looking ahead to their eternal time in heaven.

Heaven is in their eyes! They know where they are going and who is there.

Hebrews 13:14New Living Translation (NLT)
14 For this world is not our permanent home; we are looking forward to a home yet to come.

John 14:2King James Version (KJV)
In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you

When you look into their eyes and see their excitement, you see heaven. How enthused are you? Can people tell where you are headed?

Have a great day!
