Good Morning,
Wednesday arrived right on time and it is a little cold this morning. I just added another log to the fire and it is time to enjoy another cup of Door County Peanut Butter Cup Coffee as I write.
The new day started about an hour ago for me. For some reason I am a little slow to get going this morning. I received plenty of sleep last night but it doesn't feel like it.
One thing we can be assured of, even when our mind is sluggish and our last ounce of ambition left us high and dry is that God never sleeps, nor does He get tired. We can be assured that we are always on His mind and that we are never forgotten. A clean shirt might accidentally get tossed into the dirty laundry, but God never makes that mistake with our hearts.
Isaiah 49:15-16 "Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget , I will not forget you! 16. See I have engraved you on the palms of my hands, your walls are ever before me.
So drink another cup of coffee and put a smile on your face. God loves you and even when we are slow to awaken, He is at work all around us.
