Putting The Snow Blowers Away 5/17/16

Good Morning,

Going with Door County Cherry Creme Coffee in my mug this morning. Still fighting off a cold.  So the Cherry Creme is comfort java. Sometimes you just have to treat yourself nicely.

Last weekend I ran both snow blowers with gas preservatives in the fuel tank. I ran the equipment until the fuel tanks were empty.  I changed the oil and put my snow storm battle implements away until next winter.

Sunday our neighbor came over to ask if I could help them do the same for their snow blower. It seems that theirs would not start.

Last night armed with a new spark plug, new gas line and some tools, we fixed the snow muncher in about 30 minutes.

We have removed snow for each other last winter as we have in past winters. This is how neighbors should work together. Wouldn't it be nice if neighboring countries could work together for a common good around the world?

It's a lofty wish, but one worth working for. So how do we find that? Jesus is the answer. He saves souls, heals broken hearts, empowers forgiveness,  restores relationships and shows us the greatest example of love.

Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, those on Earth and those under the Earth,
and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,  to the glory of God the Father.

Now that will be a sight!

Marty.
