My day began with a cup of Door County Ethiopian Coffee, an ice pack, and two Tylenol. My left knee is acting up a little and knee surgery is coming later this year. I can't wait!
Colossians 3:14 New King James Version (NKJV)
14 But above all these things put on love, which is the bond of perfection.
We knew a long time ago that we were a good team and good teams work together for a central cause. Good teams do not work against each other. Good teams utilize the diverse talents of the team and apply energy to a task that is measured and directed. Good team members compliment one another and build each other up. Team work is Biblical and highly recommended.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 New International Version (NIV)
9 Two are better than one,
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
because they have a good return for their labor:
10 If either of them falls down,
one can help the other up.
But pity anyone who falls
and has no one to help them up.
11 Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm.
But how can one keep warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered,
two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
What kind of team member are you? Do you build others up? Do you carry your share of the load? Do you talk about others? Can you be counted on? Good teams have God in the lead role and He is the tie that binds. Go Team!!!
