My coffee today is a hot cup of Totally Nuts from the Door County Coffee Company!
This past Saturday, friends of ours were telling us about an event happening in Milwaukee called Bacon Fest. It is being held at the Harley Davidson Museum. They said there would be a lot of vendors giving out samples of different things covered, smothered or made with bacon.
Well I am a fan of bacon and truly believe that many things are just better if they contain bacon, or are covered in bacon. My Dr. would advise me that it is better to cover a burger with bean sprouts and broccoli! Or eat a veggie burger. Argh.
But Bacon fest reminds me of God. "What, you say?!!!!!!"

31 What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
Think about it! Isn't everything we do better if God is involved. Even SIN! "What, you say? Sin is better with God in it?" No, I did not drink too much of the Totally Nuts Coffee!!! Sin is better because if God is in all we do He convinces us that the sin is not a good idea and gives us Biblical principals to live by. He always provides a way out of falling to the temptation.
1 Corinthians 10:13
13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
Amazing thought! God and bacon! Does He cover your life and add a sweet flavor to all you do?
