Good morning,
Door County Marshmallow Mocha Coffee for me.
I will bet just about everyone who reads this no matter where you live in the world shops for food or other supplies.
Food no matter how much you purchase or supplies can be heavy to carry. While you are out shopping watch for someone with a heavy load. Offer to help carry the load or help to place the load into their car. If someone is struggling with a child offer to help with the shopping. Most people are reluctant to let strangers watch their children. But you could push the cart, carry the bag or box and help them while they care for their kids.
This is not always possible but I have a friend who can afford to do this and enjoys helping.
Sometimes people will load up a cart or basket with more than they can afford. Or they have to pass on a tomato at the village market when they find out they are a little short of money. If he is waiting in line he signals the owner that he will pay the difference for them. Now that is special and not many people can afford to do that. He believes that because of his good fortune that from time to time God tests him to see if he is willing to share. I don't know about that, but it could be possible that God tests us.
Hebrews 13:2
Do not neglect to show hospitality to strangers, for by this some have entertained angels without knowing it.
Remember the smile you put on a face just might be your own.
God bless,
Marty
