Door County German Chocolate Cake Coffee has my favorite mug hot and filled. This is a good one!
I always like the story of Christ appearing on the seaside to the apostles after His resurrection.
Breakfast by the Sea
21 After these things Jesus showed Himself again to the disciples at the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way He showed Himself: 2 Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of His disciples were together. 3 Simon Peter said to them, “I am going fishing.”
They said to him, “We are going with you also.” They went out and immediately[a] got into the boat, and that night they caught nothing. 4 But when the morning had now come, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. 5 Then Jesus said to them, “Children, have you any food?”They answered Him, “No.”
6 And He said to them, “Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some.” So they cast, and now they were not able to draw it in because of the multitude of fish.
7 Therefore that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, “It is the Lord!” Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and plunged into the sea. 8 But the other disciples came in the little boat (for they were not far from land, but about two hundred cubits), dragging the net with fish. 9 Then, as soon as they had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, and fish laid on it, and bread. 10 Jesus said to them, “Bring some of the fish which you have just caught.”
11 Simon Peter went up and dragged the net to land, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not broken. 12 Jesus said to them, “Come and eat breakfast.” Yet none of the disciples dared ask Him, “Who are You?”—knowing that it was the Lord. 13 Jesus then came and took the bread and gave it to them, and likewise the fish.
You might notice that Jesus was concerned whether they had eaten. He prepared breakfast for them. Yes it was fish and bread. Some in Wisconsin say that Jesus invented the first "fish fry". But imagine if you will food made by Jesus. It must have been so good!!!!
Here is way number two that can show kindness. Have breakfast with someone. If you can, try making it yourself. Go to a nursing home and volunteer to serve breakfast.
I think about our Lord making and serving breakfast to the apostles. Wish I could have been there. Oh but I almost can! I can represent Jesus when I do random acts of kindness.
Matthew 18:20
20 For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.”
Breakfast anyone? Remember the smile you put on a face might just be your own.

Here is a simple way to make Stuffed French Toast that is sure to be a hit.
Makes four servings depending on bread size.
One loaf of Texas Toast. Preheated oven at 350 degrees.
3-4 eggs beaten with a quarter cup of milk and 1/2 tsp of almond extract. Vanilla works also.
Soften cream cheese and cherry pie filling. Apple works also.
Take the bread slices and dip into the batter. (Two slices per serving)
Place on to a hot griddle or frying pan.
Once the slices are golden brown on both sides remove and place on slice per serving into a baking pan. Hold the other slices on the side.
Spread about a quarter inch of the cream cheese onto each slice that is in the baking pan. Add a table spoon or more of the pie filling on top of the cream cheese. Spread over the entire slice.
Place another slice of French toast onto each portion. Press together lightly.
Cover the baking pan and bake for 15-20 minutes. The cream cheese will melt and the pie filling will bake with it.
Serve with powdered sugar if you want to make it look fancy and put the kids on more of a sugar high.
I take one cup or more pure Maple syrup and add two 1/4 inch slices to each cup and allow it to heat until the butter is melted and the syrup hot. Make sure to stir!!!
