My coffee this morning is Door County Almond Toffee.
A couple weekends ago Rene and I were invited to watch one of the kids from our church in a figure skating event. What a show in synchronized skating. Large groups moving swiftly and gracefully across the ice in rhythm to the music. Many of the moves reminded me of watching the Olympics and we both remarked about how difficult some of the jumps and twists had to be. During all of this I could not help but think that all it would take was for one kid to slip up and a whole bunch of skaters would crash.
Life is that same way. We think that our sins are ours. Truly they are, but our sins can impact others and cause them to crash with us. We must be careful not to make others stumble by our actions.
1 Corinthians 8:9
Be careful, however, that the exercise of your rights does not become a stumbling block to the weak.
Have a wonderful day.
Marty
