Good Morning,
I am slowly sipping on a hot cup of Door County White Chocolate Cranberry Coffee on a cold rainy morning. The coffee seems to be good for my body and my soul this morning. It is time to write.
I find that God comes to us in many ways and during different seasons in our lives He becomes not only Our Father, He becomes the Director, Comforter, Supplier of Peace, The Almighty and so much more as our needs change and cries for help fall on His ears.
Psalm 119:105 KJV Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
I often think of God as a light house of safety for me in the storms of life. For me, God seems to shine brightest in my darkest hours. I rely on His directions and words of comfort, care, instruction, and assurance. I run to the light of safety and covers when the night gets cold and lonely.
Today, I just want to say thank you to God who is my light house through the storms of life. He is always there to light the way.
Food for thought.
Marty
