Time To Be Thankful 9/19/2025

 Good Morning,

The old mug was just filled with Door County Pumpkin Spice Coffee and it is time to write.

I just finished my morning prayer time and I need to go back and do it right. It seems as if my prayer time has many requests for just about anything, from health to wealth and not enough time saying thank you.

Psalm 136:26 NKJV Oh, give thanks to the God of heaven! For His mercy endures forever. 

I need to go back into prayer and not ask for anything but just to say thank you to God for all that I have, and all that He does for me. 

Yesterday I received a call from a young man that for several moths did not return my calls as well as calls from others in our circle. I had been praying for this man and his family for a long time. Yesterday he called with an apology for not calling back. He also wanted to tell me how God answered our prayers for him and his children. I am truly thankful to God, for working things out for that young man. 

I for one have so much to be thankful for. I just need to BE thankful and contrite. 

Remember to acknowledge God in all things.
