Good morning. My coffee today is Door County Egg Nog. Really wishing December was here.
My friend Jeff has written this and I thought I would share his thoughts today.
Jeff writes. " Today is a very important day in the United States. Election day is the day where we choose our leader for the next four years. Over the past few months we all have been receiving numerous automated telephone calls from the candidates lauding their plans, policies and criticizing their opponents. Each candidate has plans that will have adverse impacts on some and benefit others. But none have a plan that will benefit everyone."
Exodus 34:23-24
23 Three times each year all the men of Israel must appear before the Sovereign LORD, the God of Israel. 24 No one will attack and conquer your land when you go to appear before the LORD your God those three times each year. I will drive out the nations that stand in your way and will enlarge your boundaries.
"God does have a plan that does, no matter your nationality and it is quite simple. Obedience. Notice the word must in the above passage. Then notice the blessings that followed the act of obedience.
It all starts with you. Choose to make the decision to be obedient to God and you can impact your world. Obedience to God and His word will dictate how you vote."
