I have in front of me a hot cup of Alma Passion Coffee. It is still steaming in the cup and it is time to write.
1John 3:17 NKJV But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him?
We all know of someone who is in need of some help these days. During stressful times and when things need to get done, God created people who don't wait to be invited to the project or disaster, they just show up, roll up their sleeves and help. They see the problem or cause and help anyway they can. You often see this occur during natural disasters.
In addition to being willing to help, they often bring to the table skill sets that are missing in the group. God gave others skills that can be used to enhance the work group.
I am fortunate to have friends who act first because they know what you are going through and what you might need. With friends like that, who can fail?
So for today, watch for a need. If God shows it to you, He is probably leading you to be a blessing to others. Roll up your sleeves and get going to help.
