It's very early and my mug was just filled with Door County Cherry Creme Coffee and it is time to write.
One thing that shows love for God is to ask Him to show you how you can improve your lifestyle or your walk with Him. You attend church. You are a good family man or woman. You serve God, family and friends. You are known as a good person.
But would you be willing and bold enough to see what you can improve on, or get rid of within your life?
Psalm 139:23-24 Search me God, and know my heart, test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24.See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
The invitation for God to scrutinize is also an invitation to God to show you what you need to change or what you need to add to your life. It takes some true love for God to ask He who is perfect to show you how much and when you need to improve or toss away.
How deep is your love for God? Are you willing for Him to show you just how deep it is? What little sins do you like to keep?
