I have a hot cup of Door County Peanut Butter Cup Coffee sitting in front of me and it is time to write.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call out to Me and I will answer you and show you great and mighty things which you have not known.
Last night after our Saturday evening church service our monthly prayer service was also held. There were only six people there for prayer. The prayer requests that came from the group were humble and more for others than themselves. If I were able to see inside of the prayer warriors heart, I don't think I would find any selfishness within.
They spent their night interceding for others and it did me good to be there. They don't hesitate to pray and they go right to the throne of God with their requests and intersessions. Most people will never know that they were prayed for.
My point for today is this. If you know of a group who meets to pray, consider joining them. You might be a part of prayers that change lives or whatever God has decided to let you witness and be a part of.
Pray for this world. It needs it.
