Good Morning,
I have a hot cup of Door County Hazelnut Crème Coffee at my side and I am ready to write.
So today is considered a day for sweethearts. A day of romance, cars, flowers, chocolates and sappy cards. My wife Rene always tells me not to buy anything for her and I actually believe her when she says it. But I go ahead anyway and I have never spent much on the day. She received a box of cookies made just for her and a card which declares my undying love for her. Which to be honest is a repeat of last year.

As the man of the house, I reserve the right to do other sappy things all year long. I advise young men to do small things for their wives or girlfriends all year long because!!!! 1. It's a good idea and flowers for no reason except to say I love you on a day that you weren't told to be loving and romantic are always appreciated more. .2 It's smart to remember "A happy wife is a happy life."
So fellas, make life good for your ladies and make the rest of the months contain a holiday to make sure you let her know that you would choose her all over again. I had to buy a book just to give me some good ideas. You can borrow mine!
